I immediately wrote back to their support team, accepting their decision and requesting a refund for the service I couldn't use.That was over a month ago. Since then, I have received absolutely no response. My email has been ignored, and my money has not been returned. It's completely unacceptable to take a customer's payment and then go silent when the service cannot be provided.If they can't handle a simple refund request or even reply to an email, I would seriously question their ability to handle something as important as mail. I cannot recommend them.
