I am having a very bad experience with Uvaro. I registered for their program sometime around September 2022, after listening to the bogus sales speech from your rep. About 2weeks later, I stumbled on more information and decided to pull out of the program. I called the number on their website on several occasions and left various voice mails but no one responded nor called back (was beginning to think its somesort of scam). I contined to reachout, until sometime in jan/feb when someone eventually responded and the feedback I got was that the period for canceling the contract has elapsed and so i will need to pay the full 6k to discontinue, it was also said that they do not have any record of me reaching out and they didn't receive any voice messages. I have never attended any of their classes following registration, or used any of their packages, nor am I intending to do so in the future. I have also told them this severally and tried to sort their understanding but they remain adamant. Today I received a letter from them about modifications they're made to their initial contract, which involves extra payments that where not part of the original document. So now I am wondering if they are expecting me to agree to that. I am clearly stating that I don't agree to partake in any such modification and do not intend to pay for a service I never used and will not ever use.
