The rooms were great and wel furnished as long as you didn't need salt or pepper. The staff was even very friendly. However I had so many confrontations with dozens of unsupervised kids in the pools without any adults. Children and adults running and screaming and drinking in the parking lot till I security finally came and ran them inside. Even that didn't do any good for more than the one night and if security came around they would just be quiet till they left. There was one very large lady laying across the hood of a car and that car then drove her around the complex. There was another lady literally 50 feet from the entrance to the main building changing clothes wearing nothing but a tank top and no bottoms. My kids saw all this and there is very little you can do to explain that to kids. Like I said, the rooms were great and the staff was polite, but I would never expose my family to that environment again for our "family" vacation!
