I've done business with this company before and have had no issues up until this last transaction. I got a notice that they were going out of business and they had items to sale. I found a vacuum on their site that we liked that was a really good deal and I purchased it. Total was 648.75. Three days later I get a refund notification. I assumed the product was out of stock but was not told either way. Problem is they refunded me $643.50. So they made $5.25 off of me. I attempted to contact them twice to fix the mistake. But they keep sending me survey notices so here is my rating. If they are still in business somehow, do not buy from them. Buyer Beware!
