This review is primarily focused on Van 3 Auto. At the bottom, I'll talk briefly about my experiences with my carrier, Volk Transport.
Bobby was extremely nice and answered all my questions. When I had difficulty reaching my carrier about my assigned pickup date Bobby was on it immediately and he got back to me the same day with information to help me out. He was very friendly and I never felt uncomfortable talking to him. (I talked to another company before deciding to go with Van 3 and I felt very uncomfortable with them, which is why I ended up seeking out Van 3).
As stated above, I felt very cared for throughout the whole process leading up to having my car shipped.
My carrier was Volk Transport. I had some problems with Volk (mainly lack of communication and some missing parts on my vehicle when it arrived in Oregon). With that said, Bobby has assured me that Van 3 will not be using Volk again as a carrier. If, however, you find out your carrier is going to be Volk I suggest you request a change of carrier. Unfortunately, they were rude and difficult to deal with when I tried to inquire about why pieces of my car were missing.
As I said, this review is mainly about Van 3, which were great. And Bobby even offered to help resolve the issue between me and Volk (which did finally get resolved). With that said, Van 3 is in charge of picking a secure carrier for your vehicle. So, I recommend you check with Bobby on who your carrier will be and maybe even ask whether or not there have been any reports or incidents you should know about. This was the second incident Van 3 had had with Volk, which is why they say they've decided to cease business with them.
Overall, I would choose Van 3 Auto again. But I would not choose Volk.
