Unpleasant staff at the Vapiano in Amsterdam.My girlfriend went in to order two dishes for us and I ran in a little while later to help carry it outside.When we came down to the entrance they wouldn't let us out because I didn't have one of those cards you check your food into.I never realized you needed to have one of those until this point and they thought we were trying to scam them or that I might just have forgotten i received one telling me several times to check my pockets.I would obviously know if I had just been stopped going in there so they could give me a card, but that didn't happen.Took us a few minutes to convince them that we already paid for the two dishes we got.The staff at the entrance was generally unpleasant to us for the rest of the evening and told us "Next time, don't come back." after my girlfriend had used the restroom.
