Verseo is the worst company to work with. I purchased something on December 10th and heard nothing until I emailed them on December 19th asking why it had been 9 days and my item still hadn't shipped. But they received my money the same day I bought the $75 gloves. They told me they were out of stock of the item. They never would have told me this had I not reached out to them first. They told me they would still try to have it to me by Christmas day. I told them on December 22nd at 11 a.m. that since my item still hadn't shipped, I wanted to cancel the order. I never heard anything, so I emailed again on the 23rd at 9:00 a.m. and once again never heard anything back. They FINALLY emailed be back on the 27th of December and said it was too late to cancel my order as it was already shipped and waiting delivery. I looked at the tracking history and the item wasn't even scanned into the system until 8:00 p.m. on December 22nd. The person I was working with (Odette) said the cut off to cancel an order was at noon and tried telling me I didn't cancel until the 23rd. That made me angry as I have PROOF, I emailed on the 22nd before the noon cut off and again on the 23rd. After I said how upset I was they asked me if I refused the package. Yeah, since I sit at home all day and wait for your package to arrive for 17 days. No! I work during the day. Since this didn't arrive, I bought my son new items for Christmas. Had I known they were out of stock when I purchased the item, I never would have purchased them to begin with. Why would a seller sell something they don't have and then not let the customer know? I had to reach out to them 9 days after my purchase. Long story short.... I am now having to pay shipping to return the item. I will never buy from them again and I will let everyone know how terrible they are to work with.
