I can’t recommend vncc specifically Brian lofton enough. He went above and beyond and the level of transparency and communication is probably the best customer service ive received. Brian was patient and answered all of the “why’s “ in a way I understood. After trying other companies/services I became kinda jaded and skeptical but decided to give vncc a try and boy am I glad. I wouldn’t have been able to get to 100% p&t without them. I’ve been fighting the va since 2017 and was repeatedly denied. Brian knew exactly how to get an approval and made the entire process seamless and easy. Another thing I enjoyed was the educational piece of the c&p prep zoom meetings. They helped a ton.
