I hadn't booked in Croatia for years until I had a request from a client who i dealt with the previous year who was a little difficult. Very analytical when it came to budget and line items for everything so its a nightmare for a travel advisor. I was honest with President Z about this client and overall their expectations. The proposal was detailed and came in a very timely manner. After a lot of back and forth, going through all the details with the client, we finally booked. The time between booking and paying wasnt much communication until right before the client traveled was when all these questions started popping up surrounding recommendations, doc details, etc etc etc and Ivana, the concierge contact for the family, was on top of it all. The family had a very amazing/memorable experience. They loved their lodging and they loved feeling connected to someone on the ground.
