Stayed at Timeless Memories the week of July 4th. Started off by calling at 11:30 am to see if we can check in early and was told they needed to check with housekeeping and would call me back. Never received a call so decided to go check in at regular check in time. After noticing the house had not been cleaned and we cleaned a bit my family decided to go in the pool only to find out the heat we paid for was not working. The heater stated error. Called but since it was after hours on Saturday no call or response until Monday morning when I had to call them again. When I called they informed me the breaker switched and the pool was not heating. They sent someone over and said it was good to go. Then when we came back from the parks and went to use it again water was cold and wasn’t warm. After three days of going back and forth I was then told the spa did not have heat the owner did not pay for the conversion kit even though I was told it did. And since the pool was reaching 88-90 during the day the heat would not turn on. And they said they would just refund the cost of the pools. In between the time of dealing with the heat I had informed them The furniture was all stained and they sofas were falling apart. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. The house had not been dusted and the pictures they advertised did not look like the rooms. when I called to tell them the front door did not have a good lock and was half way off the wall, there were piles of dust on the vaulted window the bedding had not been washed the wood was chipping on their decorations and the cleanliness was not what I was expecting especially since I had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning to check in. I also had to pay for parking in a gated community which I found out after booking and this was never listed. Upon my final discussion with the management with Villa direct they stated they would offer me a one night refund since I was unhappy if I did not leave a negative review. That did not happen and then they stated the only way to give a refund was to send copies of my Id and I would have to sign papers stating me nor my family would leave a bad review. Very upsetting since I have rented from villa direct 1-2 times a year for the last 10 years and have never had this issue.
