If I could give a 0 star review I would. I paid for a specific shipping method and then they ship with a courier service that refuses to come into my driveway. I sent many emails for them to rectify the situation and ship the parcel the way I had paid for and they refuse to do so. The courier depot is 1.5 hours away from my house and only open 2 hours in the middle of the day. The emails they sent back may as well have said “too bad so sad, your problem now”. I presume that I will never see this parcel. Waste of money waste of time and from a company that doesn’t give a fiddle about their customers.
