I don't know why Trust Pilot ranks this company so low. I had a fantastic experience with them. I found a gorgeous salt and pepper mill set online and it was quite expensive. Wasserstrom was selling the items at a big discount, for 2/3 the price of the cheapest price of everyone else. I was skeptical so I checked Trust Pilot. The reviews from the last few years were high while much older reviews complained about terrible customer service. I decided to take a chance, since recent reviews were good. The salt mill was in stock and arrived in a week. The pepper mill, when I ordered it, was back ordered and said it would ship in 3 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks later it arrived to my door. Everything was well packed, and the items are absolutely perfect. I'm thrilled and would definitely order from Wasserstrom again!
