Whitehead Monckton were allocated to us as first time buyers of a property and we felt we were in trusted hands from day one. We were given prompt updates and appreciated the patience in sometimes explaining some of the numerous bits of paperwork and legal jargon. Felt assured that the process was going smoothly and to be completed before the stamp duty changes from 1st April. She also kept us informed all the way through both our selling and buying process.
