After installation we made a poor choice in color scheme. I feel design expert should have been better at helping in this. We waited a long time for installation because of delays in ordering and receiving material from Fl. supplier. Didn't they ever hear of overnight shipping? Installation mechanic averted a BIG problem by refusing to install until problem was resolved. Kudos to him. No follow up on job,I finally had to send the balance due based on bid, without final invoice. After consulting with other tile people I am now convinced we overpaid.
