Salesperson, Emily, VERY friendly and VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Price of materials to value is excellent.Only hiccup however, is the install WAS NOT completed by the sub-contractor as Whitt advertises. There was no heppa vacuuming before the old was taken up and after the new was laid. A small simple vacuum was used which didn't do too much other than leave vacuum tracks. I had to go over each room after the install with personal vacuum. The subs and Whitt need to be on the same page if Whitt is not using their own in-house installers.
