Horrible. Weather delay first in Colorado? Really? Called and told them to release it and they agreed. Still not shipped two weeks later. Tried to call again . On hold for 11 minutes then told by computer no one is available. Finally via chat after long delay someone told me that my order would be credited as the wine I ordered over a month ago is out of stock. Have not seen the credit yet. Will probably have to call AMEX and dispute the charge. Run don't walk away from this vendor!
