I have ordered from Wine.com numerous times during the pandemic. Every time, other than the most recent, has been great. They send me an email with a Fedex tracking number when the order ships, I receive the item within a day or two of the estimated time. My last order from last week did not go well. I ordered 16 bottles. 1 was delivered and tracking indicates that all 16 were delivered. After an hour waiting for a chat, I was told that some of my bottles were unavailable, so I would receive updated information soon. That has not occurred. It is 8 days since my order. I was charged more than 3 times the amount of the one bottle that I actually received, but fortunately, was not charged for the rest of my order. I will contest the charge, but would not recommend using Wine.com again. Their issues with lack of emails, incorrect tracking, customer service and overcharging are just not worth it,
