Wingspan was great for months, but the past several months, the ‘instant deposit’ is taking days. There is no way to actually contact someone. This time, it took them two full days to respond to my issue and then they said the deposit was rejected. Of course, they have no proof of that and my bank has no record. And my deposit account hasn’t changed in the year and a half that I have been using them. So I am now SIX DAYS past the deposit date I paid to get, and still no payment! So frustrating to get any actual help and you can never speak to someone. I had an issue last month and the month before as well. What is going on?!
