I bought an open box (High cone planter by Vondom). It was shipped the wrong item (I received a broken Amax Pendant on a palette!!!!!). After one e-mail with pictures and many calls, we have always the palette on our driveway. they didn't send someone to pickup. The company keeps our money ($443) and seems to do nothing to fix the situation they created. Poor communication and customer service.
