I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610.It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug!I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out.There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers.Never again.
