Placed 4 separate orders on this site. First order was for pretty expensive ceiling lights which I researched on several sites. After purchase on Ylighting, email confirmation shockingly showed dimensions to be half of what they were on every other site. I was able to cancel order, but never received a refund. After patiently waiting and never receiving refund, I called customer service and was refunded the next day. I wondered what if I was too busy to confirm that refund was received....would I have been out of over $1100? On second order of a ceiling fan, I found the same fan on another site at 20% discount. Even though a price match guarantee is offered on the website, customer service said that only applies to the retail price...not any promotions. Also stated by customer service that no charges are made until items ship out. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. When I checked my card, I was charged for all 4 orders, none of which were ready to be shipped out. One order which stated custom order with no date, now shows its not set to ship for over 3 months. Looking at other reviews, I wonder whether this will get pushed out further. If you order from here, just keep a close eye on your order and your credit card!
