Edited: I changed from 2 stars to 1 star due to how frustrating and difficult the process has been to replace a wig that was out of stock (listed as in stock) despite my clear instructions to just make the replacement wig the same as the other 2 wigs in my order.. 3 of the same wigs.I had been purchasing from Youvimi for years, I will never buy from them again. I like their wigs but quality changes. I usually buy the same wigs over and over during the last 3 years and sometimes the quality for one wig is great, while the next wig I buy (same one) seems shoddily made. Also I ordered a wig that was in stocks, received an email saying it was out of stock asking if I want to replace it with a different item. I asked for a refund and this was their response. "Dear, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Are you sure you want to refund? Discount code will be deducted for refund. The refund platform will also charge a 30% handling fee, which is not worth it for you. You may choose to purchase a replacement within $10 of the price difference. You don't need to repurchase, just tell me which product number you want or exchange links."It's illegal to advertise a product as in stock when it's not, and how the heck are you going to charge me a handling fee for an item you don't even have in stock?Be careful buying here.
