My experience at the Sherman Oaks, CA, location was extremely disappointing and disheartening. My two daughters and I came in expecting a simple and respectful visit, but instead, we were subjected to what felt like racial profiling and unfair treatment.We had purchased a high-end MacKenzie-Childs product that unfortunately broke, and we returned to the store solely to exchange it. Instead of receiving assistance, we were treated with suspicion, as if we were attempting to run a scam. The way the situation was handled by management was not only unprofessional but deeply embarrassing, especially as it occurred publicly. No customer should ever feel judged, disrespected, or humiliated while trying to resolve a legitimate issue. This experience left a lasting negative impression on my daughters and me.Due to this experience, I will not be returning to shop here again.
