While the bouquet was really nice and the lady at the store at Kralingen was really kind to me, assisting me to place my order on line, you ruined my surprise! I leave in Greece, thus I make a call to the local store at Kralingen, as I wanted to send flowers to my girl. The kind lady guided me, and I place my order through your website. As my girl just moved in and there is no any doorbell in the house, I wrote down, as a comment to my order, the delivery guy, to give her a call, so as she could come downstairs to pick up the bouquet. This should be a surprise!! In the contrary, the delivery guy never called, and as he couldn’t trace the doorbell (even if I had written that there isn’t one) he left finally the bouquet to you store across the street. I was never informed about the status of my order! I had to call every half a hour to the store for updates! In conclusion, I had to call my girl, and inform her to go by herself the store across the street to pick her present (you called this a surprise??) As you could understand this is not a surprise!! It was so easy for the delivery guy to make a phone call!! How difficult it would be ??? Just a call !! In addition I paid also the amount of 6.5 euro as a delivery fee!! Which delivery ?? The one that my girl delivered to herself ?? This is not a professional way to treat your customers!! Also why you have a place in your website to write down additional information, if you don’t follow them?? The one star refers to the perfect bouquet and the kind lady at the store !! Apart from that, your unprofessional service ruined my surprise!! Lastly, if there is any reply from your end, I would appreciate to have it in English.
