Wyndly charged my credit card, scheduled my appointment, and then no doctor ever signed in to speak with me at the scheduled time. I contacted the company immediately, but rather than have a doctor log in, they attempted to reschedule me for another time. I ended up requesting a refund and making an appointment with a doctor who's not affiliated with them. I don't want to deal with an unreliable company, especially one as expensive as this. This showed a blatant lack of respect for their patients' time.
