My background is computer engineering in industry, including mentoring new college grads. In school, I was a TA with lab and classroom tutoring experience. I got a rejection with no clear explanation. I emailed customer support and didn't receive clarification. I simply "did not meet vetting requirements" and was told to try again in six months.
