I have been trying to get an return order shiptment label since 3/23from X-all ..order # XA-250680..they keep sending me the same emails over and over again, however on 3/28 I received an email from customer support saying " they issued me a ticket and it would take up to 48 hrs for and agent to respond , on 4/1, I sent another email to customer support asking when will I receive the return shiptment label ? I have kept all their emails with names and dates to this day still have not received return shipping label< I feel they don't want to give me a refund they are trying to hold out until the 4/19 when my 30 days will be up
