I purchased this product based in part on their excellent ad on the internet. To try to make my story short, I should have checked the reviews first and once I did there were so many Reviewers “this product is a Scam”. Im upset with myself because I had just experienced a situation with a similar 1st class advertisement and similar product and I had been taken in. The product was a jok: I received a plastic bottle similar to a Windex bottle to b filled with water and a supposedly miracle tablet at a cost of $80 - when I discovered it was worthless and barely cleaned anything. I was very upset, it was the epitome of a Scam. I emailed requesting to return it for a full refund as advertised and was told I had to return it to CHINA and pay the shipping costs. I contacted PayPal who I used for the purchase reporting the Scam expecting they would intervene and I would receive a full refund. PayPal did not help me in anyway, very disappointing and at this point I gave up for again I reiterate the shipping charge to return the product (which I was responsible for) was over $80 - more than my purchase price!! Very disheartening. The reason I’m telling u this was X-All with all their compelling ads and (some reviews which I feel they orchestrated) was another joke on me which was reaffirmed by the ‘real’ customer reviews, with some explaining in their review, if they opened the package they would only get a 50% refund, really?? How would they know the product didn’t work for them with all their false positive claims. So I right away contacted them which is required (X-All) to make the return with my unopened package. Additionally I was told they would deduct their shipping cost to me and I would have to pay Return Shipping ( which amounted to almost $9!!) plus they would charge me a $5 restocking fee!! Can u believe all that. I paid for return shipping, their shipping charge + a restocking fee 😡) and u can figure out my final refund. So my recommendation to any potential future buyers, read the customer reviews first (Trustpilot & not one put out by the company) if not u will not b a happy customer. In summary it was a debilitating experience. I hope this was helpful and u won’t b bulked like me. TY
