Refund Policy is a ripoff

They have continued to send additional products and bill me monthly when I didn’t sign up for a monthly subscription. The first time it happened they said they canceled my monthly subscription and wouldn’t send anymore products. Then next month the same thing happened. I asked for a refund both months, but their refund policy is very restrictive. They don’t refund the first approximately $8.00 and the don’t pay for shipping. READ the refund policy before purchasing so you know what you’re getting into. If this is a reputable company then i shouldn’t feel like I’ve been ripped off! And if their product is that good, shouldn’t they stand behind it?Thank you for that eloquent response. However, I noticed that it stopped short of doing anything to remedy the problem. I want a refund. I definitely don’t want any more of their products and I don’t feel I should have to send the product back to China.
