A letter came from them. They stated that I was pre-approved for a loan. A code is included and you can either do this online or by phone. They get all of your information but do not give a place to put the code. I was denied and given no reason why except a generic note stating it would take 30 days to inform me of the reasoning. The person on the phone was not helpful but did tell me that I could reapply the next day. The rate to repay is over 100% in some cases. They use "Plaid" to get your banking information. Some people may have good experiences with them but they wasted my time and gave vague answers. I guess I will see in 30 days at to what they didn't like.
