Interest horribly high so I cancelled. Bad experience is these emails as if I still had loan after I did an immediate cancel with customer service rep. I want email acknowledging in writing of my cancellation as representative told me on the phone. Otherwise I feel deceitful practices are occurring .Janet ButkholderSS: ……..0391
