The application process was seamless. One thing that was confusing happened when I got to the finalization tab of the application. It was on a Sunday and it said an email would be sent to me with more information on how to proceed. I never got an email with this information. Instead, I received a few emails saying to go in and finish the application but I could not because it would just take me to the page saying to wait for an email. However, on Monday morning, I was able to simply log in and finalize the loan which was timely and reassuring. Overall, this issue was just a small thing and I enjoyed the online process. Thank you.
