Over all they're fine. Customer service, they are helpful however, communication via phone isn't always easy due to language barriers. FYI: Be very very careful when making a payment. Make sure you select the correct date for payment. If you try to stop payment due the wrong date, it's a headache to do it. They make you take a screen shot of your account to prove the money went out and send an email to a "outside" team for approval of cancel payment. The confirmation email the send apparently doesn't matter. You can crop the account shot. It's a pain.
