N.B: Credit score 700+The company provided approval for a loan. I provided all requested information, etc. accepted and signed. I received reminders for my first upcoming payment but funds were not deposited into my account. Called (800) 316-4200, explained the issue to the representative who was dismissive almost immediately. The representative said that it was due to “missing bank account information and you have to reapply”.I voiced concerns of reapplying for a new loan 24 hours after the initial loan. That was ignored. Please be aware and monitor your credit files.
