Though staff were courtesy and helpful, it was difficult for me to understand some of the people - simply because of their accent. However, I got through that! I did have to make four calls to your firm to get assistance. Some parts of the application were abit confusing - meaning that additional instructions within the application would have been helpful and saved me time.
