The App is easy to use, customer service is responsive, its nice to see a business that actually replies via a person and does not rely on often hopeless chatbots. Having a published email address is good. However when all else fails (as has recently happened with the AWS outage) having a phone number to call is a good backup. Having a personal access phone number would be useful in such cases. One crypto related product which I am surprised you dont offer is digital gold, so PAXG or XAUt. PAXG in particular seems well thought of. The Xapo BTC loan product is easy & quick, options are well presented. So, all good, thanks
