Ended up winning big amount and I request to withdraw $5,000 and they lock my account asking for documents to verify my account so I sent them the documents they asked for. I received email saying they have received my email and it can take upto 24 hours to verify my account. It’s been well over 24 hours and I’m getting no response. When I deposited over 8500 they didn’t have any problem taking my money. But now that it’s time for them to pay they want to bs.
