I purchased products from this company for business purposes a time ago. I inquired whether they could deliver to Germany, and they confirmed they could. I asked again if they had experience with this and if there would be no issues, and the company assured me it was fine. Based on this, I placed an order. The support was not the fastest, but I was instructed to pay via bank transfer, which made me a bit skeptical.After payment, the goods were shipped. However, the shipment was stopped at the German airport, and documents regarding the ingredients were requested. The company, MuscleBully / Xdog, claimed they had no knowledge of this. It became apparent that they likely had no experience with international shipping. Consequently, the goods were returned. Through the tracking number, I confirmed that the shipment was delivered back to the seller.I was promised a refund, but despite sending numerous emails, I neither received my money nor the goods. In the end, the support team stopped responding altogether.I still have all the evidence, including the name of the support representative and the entire correspondence.This is not a professional way to conduct business with a partner. I would never purchase from this company again and strongly advise international customers against ordering from them! You will neither receive your goods nor get your money back. Without the proper documents from Xdog, it is not worth ordering goods outside the USA. The goods will never arrive.
