Customer service is non-existant!I bought one of these dogs my dog 6x years ago and it was great - I recently decided to treat her to a new one for over $200 for her 7th birthday - It lasted 2x weeks before the thread around the clip for her lead broke so I'm now unable to attach her lead to the vest.I contacted xdog several times via email, phone call, live chat on their website never works and they don't respond on social media either!Terrible company with non-existant customer service and product quality has seemingly become much worse in recent years - Do not buy from them!
