However, I categorically reject your allegations regarding Account #5619. Your claims of “coordinated network activity” and “non-market trading practices” remain vague and unsupported by any concrete, verifiable evidence.
Let me be very clear on the facts:
Approximately 90% of the client’s total profits were generated without the use of any bonus, purely through normal market trading conditions.
The trading activity was executed on live market prices, with no indication at any stage from your side that these trades were in violation of your terms.
Your system approved, processed, and paid multiple withdrawals over an extended period, which confirms that the trades were initially recognized as valid.
If there was any alleged violation, it is your responsibility to demonstrate:
Exact trade IDs that you claim are abusive
Specific timestamps and execution patterns showing manipulation
The exact clause(s) in your Terms & Conditions that were breached
A full audit report, not a general statement
General accusations such as “syndicate” or “system exploitation” without technical proof are not sufficient—especially when client funds and reputation are involved.
Additionally, your decision to only return the initial deposit while withholding profits—despite previously honoring withdrawals—raises serious concerns about consistency, transparency, and fair treatment of clients.
From an IB perspective, this situation damages trust not only with the affected client but across the wider trading community. If your compliance systems identified an issue, why was there:
No prior warning?
No restriction during the trading period?
No suspension before multiple payouts were processed?
This contradiction weakens your position significantly.
Therefore, we formally demand:
A detailed, trade-level investigation report
Clear evidence of alleged manipulation
Justification for selective profit cancellation
Until such documentation is provided, we consider your actions unjustified and reserve the right to escalate this matter publicly and through appropriate legal channels.
We remain open to resolving this matter professionally, provided full transparency is maintained.
