Before I came to the group I had lost 20 pounds and could not lose any more was kind of stuck in a rut I join the program since then I’ve lost another 20 pounds! The program is very easy once you get used to it it’s a lot of information at first but what I like about it is you eat regular food and that you have somebody to hold you accountable! It’s nice to have an app that you enter your food in and that keeps you accountable and also tells you how far you walk that day and how many steps you have! Because once you see that then it might make you wanna walk take another walk!
