I ordered an Aruba access point from the Xfurbish website. They said that the product is in average condition and does not include the adapter; before purchase, I agreed to their terms and conditions. However, when I received the product after one week, it appeared to be a fifth or higher class product, with hardware damaged. do not support any Aruba platforms. I requested them directly to the seller, "Please return the product and process the refund," but they refused and tried to indicate that they wanted to keep the device or that you didn't know how to setup it. I emailed the Xfurbish Support Team, and they are also one step ahead of the seller; they are unable to respond to me via email or WhatsApp, and they avoid phone calls.I have been chasing them past 5 days.....totally a time & money waste website. don't order your product from Xfurbish.com if you need old products, please explore local markets or vendors. I've been chasing them for the past 5 days.This website is a terrible waste of time and money. Do not order your stuff from Xfurbish.com. If you require outdated things, look into local marketplaces or merchants.
