Terrible experience. I ordered the wrong product, which was my mistake. I emailed and WhatsApp es them multiple times to ask if they would help replace the same. I had to contact multiple phone numbers and email addresses and kept repeating to them for 2–3 days my request. Finally after sending the same information 3–4 times on 2 different email addresses and 2 WhatsApp numbers, they said that a replacement is denied due to wrong item ordered.I had transparently admitted to that from the beginning itself. What a waste of time better to stick with an amazon or some professional site. Definitely a poor customer experience. I even offered to pay the return shipping but they didn’t want to help.
