Well where do I start. So I made my initial $100 deposit to get my kyc verification. For what ever reason they only received 67$ so I made another $100 deposit and then still no kyc verification. I contacted support and was asked to make yet another $100 deposit to activate kyc verification to which I replied are you joking me? but not so nicely. Then I was told that the matter has been passed onto the highest level of management and that it will be sorted within 24 to 48hrs. This has been a week now and still no resolution. Although they keep reassuring me that they will sort this asap so watch this space. I'm hoping that they come good on their word. It's been a very stressful time. But let's hope that they do the right thing. Fingers crossed
