Customer service representative, Elizabeth, Dayna from customer service on the phone/text and the Technician that was sent to my apartment (Nick) were all extremely helpful, professional and you could just tell they genuinely cared about my situation. There were different engineers at Xiber that created temporary work and passwords and then there was a router issue that was causing issues inside at my apartment after about a week of having issues a technician was sent out name Nick who fixed everything and was very helpful in helping with getting me connected on my laptop TV, and helping out with downloading the Roku TV app so he just went like the extra mile to get everything expedited in a timely manner even though he had been doing this for years it was like he figured out some of the other issues that Was causing other issues with connection.
