This is actually the first review I’ve ever written but I couldn’t help but feel the obligation to do so! Xirtiz Luxury Health Tourism have looked after me from start to finish! I suffered with tooth decay for many years and it affected my confidence, my ability to meet new people and ultimately my quality of life. I was always skeptical about dental treatment in a foreign country but the quotes I had in the UK were far beyond my price range. I explored several options in Turkey and made contact with several companies and here’s the thing; Xirtiz gave me a reasonable quote and were very professional and diligent in the way they did so. I was contacted by Sadik who is one of their representatives and has been my personal assistant throughout. He initially explained the procedure, how it all works and what to expect. I agreed to the price and the treatment plan. I’m writing an honest review now so I need to include this; Sadik has had his work cut out with me! My treatment has been over the course of 9 months. I’ve had a lot of extractions, I’ve had sinus uplifts, I’ve had implants and then the final fitting. I was still sceptical throughout the course of the 9 month period but from start to finish he reassured me. (He won’t mind me saying this but he probably rolled his eyes a few times at my overly sceptical concerns! 🤦🏻♂️🤣) he’s been there throughout though! My first treatment was extractions and sinus uplift. When I flew home to the uk it was then a 6 month healing period but he kept in touch the whole time. My second trip was the implants. That was then a 3 month healing period. He was there again! He’d message me to check I’m ok and we even chatted about a few things totally unrelated to my treatment. My third trip was my final trip and that was several trips to the clinic for what they call “rehearsals” but each rehearsal was making minor adjustments to the template teeth they use and then final fitting of my permanent teeth. As I’ve said Sadik had his work cut out with me but I can honestly say he did nothing but put me at ease and show professionalism and diligence from the word go. I’ve met most of the staff at Xirtiz and one of them in particular had had to put up with me! I can only say the same thing about all of them and I think I’ve already said enough to have said it all. Bottom line and the purpose of my review…….would I recommend them? Absolutely I would!
