This time, a support agent rejected the transaction because the name on the card didn't "match exactly". I don’t put my full legal name on every card—something that’s never been an issue with any other financial platform or online store. It’s unreasonable and inconsistent that they previously accepted the same card without issue.Overall, Xlence seems more interested in making deposits easy and withdrawals difficult, which is a major red flag. Not addressing customers’ problems is one thing, but trying to silence honest, negative feedback speaks volumes about your company.2 Jan 2026:After posting my honest review, Xlence made multiple attempts over a period of time to offer monetary compensation in exchange for taking this review down. When I declined and challenged for a higher compesation (on purpose), they reported my review to Trustpilot, claiming I was not a real customer. I submitted full evidence, including email records of these compensation offers, and my review has since been reinstated. This is a cautionary example of what you may have to go through when dealing with Xlence if issues arise.
