Unfortunately, my Christmas gift was messed up... I ordered a specific item, but it arrived in the wrong color. I expect a frustrating response, where they’ll likely blame someone else and say they'll 'look into it.' It will definitely be returned, but that's not the main issue. Merry Christmas indeed...
