I placed an order with them in late November after seeing on their website that they ship to the USA and had some of favorite products not sold by retailers here with reasonable shipping rates. My order was delayed in US Customs for about three weeks without anyone telling me why. I reached out to customer service at both XMiles and FedEx and FedEx told me what was required. I had to register as an food importer with the US FDA. That was really strange since I am just a consumer of the products and I never had to do that in the past when ordering items from overseas. I went through the lengthy process to register and FedEx told me it would clear customs so delivery can move forward. But on the same day (12/18) XMiles told me my order was being canceled even though I was in the process of clearing customs. It doesn't seem like they communicated with FedEx. Then I was informed via FedEx tracking my delivery was taking place on 12/23. I did not receive it that day. I followed up with FedEx on 12/29 and they said delivery is expected on 12/31. When there was no update to the tracking on 12/31, I checked with FedEx again and then they told me order was being returned to XMiles per their request. I followed up with XMiles customer service to find out what happened. They failed to give me an answer. But they did offer a refund which was promptly issued once they received my shipment back. I ordered through another company based in Italy on 1/5 and received it 10 days later without any of these issues or hassles. XMiles could do better with their communication. A lot of my time wasted and I couldn't get my nutrition products on time due to being put in that holding pattern.
