When I contacted support again, I was placed in a queue and connected with the same representative, who reiterated that everything was fine without checking the tools I mentioned. The response was attributed to a Cloudflare outage, despite it being marked resolved hours earlier. Overall, when it works, it works, but during issues, the tools provided are limited, and support seems geared more toward business users than those seeking detailed technical help.
